NO, you not need to buy a Blackberry from us for this plan. What we provide you is a SIM card to be used in your own handset. All you need is a unlocked Black Berry Device |

If you don't have a blackberry, you can rent a handset from us for the tenure of your travel. You can return the same after your travel. Please read the terms and conditions section for more detail. |

Can I call from this Number? |
| |
Yes, you can make calls from this number. But this service is strictly made for Email and Web browsing.
However if the customer uses the SIM for making calls the charges would be extremely high or over 6$ a minute hence we would advise customers not to use the service to make voice calls at all. A separate Clay Telecom country specific SIM may be obtained for making voice calls.
Therefore call charges are meant to be very high. We suggest you to please do not use this service at all |

Mode of payment can be through Cash, Credit Card, or cheque. This payment has to be made in advance. Please contact our customer care team for more information. |

The moment you reach India, Please call our customer care team or reach your account manager. Our technical team would take a back-up of your mails/Data and then deactivate our services. Once deactivated, you can start using your previously activated services. In case you have rented a handset as well, we will provide you just the back-up of your mails.
Please note: If you return early then the given date of return please let us know else you can be charged extra for using the service here in India. |

Please note: Accessing a website also comes under data usage. For instance, if you open gmail.com on your browser, the moment the website opens 30kb of data gets downloaded from the Google server. Therefore we suggest you to avoid the same. |

This Message comes If blackberry handheld is network locked or not compatible with SIM, then we get the error-Invalid SIM. |

| |
It means your blackberry still registered with another network. In our case, your blackberry is still registered to your previous blackberry service operator. If this problem comes, we suggest you to please get in touch with us or your account manager. |

Please note that Your Blackberry would work only if it shows GSM or EDGE (in upper case). The possible reason for not showing the same is either the blackberry services not activated, low coverage area or there is some software problem in the handheld device. |
