FREE Handset:
- This feature is available for a maximum period of 12 months
- Only and only Nokia 6085 comes as a free package. Charges applicable for handsets
Call India Pack:
- An Initial charge of USD$ 5 to be taken for Call India Pack.

GPRS:
- GPRS & Voicemail is active by default & charges apply for any usage made
- Charges : 2.55/MB
Other terms & conditions:
- All the pricing does not attract any VAT or TAX unlike our competition
- Calls to India are including airtime charges unlike our competition
- Free minutes, nights & weekend are available only if customer is on ATT/ T Mobile network
- Calls to Toll free number other than Clay helpline will be charged as per standard pricing
- Outgoing & Incoming prices are charged after the customer has exhausted free min if any
- Anytime free calls are counted only for calls made between numbers falling in same zip code & when the user is on Clay Network
- All roaming calls outside US or Clay USA roaming area would be charged extra
- Free minutes cannot be rolled over to next month
- the above pricing is valid only for 24 months contract
- Calls & text messages sent to premium numbers are charged extra
